Production times vary and are unpredicatable, therefore, a rough estimate of production times are as follows: Pre-printed numberplates: 2-3 business days Semi-custom and Personal ID products 5-7 business days Full Custom work 3-5 business days after final approval of artwork. RETURNS AND REFUNDS Returns can only be made on errored products. All items are CUSTOM made for each individual customer and there are NO REFUNDS. To return an item, you will need to contact us by telephone and receive return authorization. It is at our sole discretion to approve/deny any products in question. If approved, you may return the item to Black Heart MX for a replacement (We WILL NOT refund shipping or expedite shipping on return items). SHIPPING = [USPS drop off] -thru- [Arrival to you] We ship all products via USPS at buyer's expense. Upgraded shipping only effects your products arrival time, once it has left our shop. Once your order leaves our building, it is The United States Postal Service's (USPS) responsibility to deliver it on time. If you have a deadline, please let us know and we will do everything within reason to get our product to you in time! For International orders, our website does not automatically charge shipping. Therefore, shipping will be charged separate from your order, at the actual shipping cost. Customs fees, docking fees, carrier fees, etc. are not included in the price of shipping and are the responsibility of the receiver upon arrival. FULL CUSTOM ARTWORK Our Full Custom graphics process is fully tailored to your needs. We start with a base, non-refundable $100 artwork fee which includes up to 2 revisions. If a suitable design cannot be achieved in 2 revisions, our artwork department continues to operate under a $65/hourly rate. Any artwork used and provided by Black Heart MX is the sole property of Black Heart MX and may not be reproduced or copied under any circumstance. All artwork is protected under US Copyright law. COLOR PROFILES Every color on our website has been matched as closely as possible to our finished product, via our specific computer setup. We can not be held responsible for what your computer or monitor actually displays, therefore there is no guarantee that the end product will color match our website. PROOFING SERVICE Full Custom graphics orders will receive a proof as part of the base $100 artwork fee. Electronic acceptance of the artwork is final, and product is agreed to be produced as shown. Semi-custom kits do not include a proofing service, one may be purchased for a $20 fee. Be it known that this service adds to the estimated production time.
